We are growing our team of Digital Strategy & iX consultants and are looking for an account and engagement development specialist with experience in consulting as well as a focus on developing accounts and managing consulting engagements for CMOs and their Marketing & Sales teams. You will lead the acquisition of accounts in the Swiss market focused on consulting projects around marketing automation, marketing platforms, CRM & eCommerce. You will also participate in engagements as engagement lead and support the delivery team staying focused on meeting client expectations. Clients will span various industries and projects will be located mainly in Switzerland.

We are looking for candidates that meet the following criteria:

  • 10+ years track record in business and/or IT roles with involvement in transformation projects in marketing automation, sales automation, eCommerce, digital experience, or similar

  • Long-standing experience in account development and engagement management, in a system integration and/or management consulting environment, with a focus on marketing platforms such as Adobe or Salesforce in the marketing & sales domain

  • Proven understanding of marketing-driven analytics and the role of unstructured and structured data

  • Strong understanding of the marketing eco-system beyond architecture, e.g., how a data management platform (DMP) plays into it

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in virtual team environments

  • Passionate about client relationships and managing client expectations

  • Bachelor/Master degree in marketing/sales and/or business innovation

  • Fluency in German and English; French nice to have

  • Swiss resident/work permit
