Interface with Watson Health Offering teams, internal IBM units, external suppliers regarding products and services used in or in support of Watson Health Offerings
Perform supplier qualifications, participate in continuous supplier monitoring activities including, but not limited to issue management and audit
Critical thinking skills to assist Watson Health teams qualify their internal and external suppliers
Application of healthcare and life science regulations and standards to supplier qualification, issue management, and auditing
Continuously improving procedures supporting supplier qualification, management, and auditing
Maintaining records of supplier qualification and continuous monitoring
Committed to collaborative relationships within the Watson Health Compliance group and externally to IBM colleagues
Problem solver focused on understanding the holistic situation
Proposes innovative solutions in a rapidly changing environment
Interest in continuous improvement and streamlining of procedures while committed to compliance

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3-5 years of experience in regulated healthcare or life science industry
1-3 years of experience in software development lifecycles
Working knowledge of 21 CFR 820, 21 CFR 11, ISO 13485
Strong communication skills and commitment to interpersonal communication (ex. Phone discussions and personal meetings, when applicable)
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
1-3 years of experience in supplier/vendor management or procurement.
3-5 years of experience in regulated medical device industry
Previous auditing experience in the healthcare or life science industry
Experience in Agile software development methodology
