The SAP S/4HANA Leader will have excellent knowledge of S/4HANA solutions and new innovations including functional improvements, Fiori applications, and embedded analytic capabilities specific to IBM customers. You will lead S/4HANA sales discussions with clients to demonstrate the business benefits, craft and support implementation projects and processes. You will bring an awareness of the S/4HANA roadmap differences between releases, and new innovations that are brought in during each of the releases. You will come in knowing new cloud offerings from SAP, the SAP product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements and integration with other modules, and SAP's Business Intelligence platforms. This role will require excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in developing channel & client relationships, identifying & closing new business, developing thought leadership with content as well as a visionary outlook in SAP are required. This is a hands-on sales & delivery role in a complex environment. Responsibilities include providing advice & counsel to clients, oversight & accountability for delivery success, and client satisfaction.
As the Leader for SAP S/4HANA you will:
Lead S/4HANA sales focused plans on various clients
Attain sales oriented targets and execute some during early stages of sold work
Lead S/4HANA pursuits at new logo Sector clients and expand penetration at existing accounts
Support the identification, development, and closure of S/4HANA sales efforts in support of an identified sales target
Provide industry guidance, strategies, and S/4HANA best practices
Maintain industry references, approaches, IBM contacts and competitive analysis, in support of both general industry solutions and specific solutions
Build and lead internal communities of IBM industry practitioners
Lead or contribute to the creation of IBM positions and strong POVs on specific S4/HANA industry topics
Define, develop, and use repeatable non-traditional consulting industry solutions
Transfer knowledge to local IBM teams through training and side-by-side engagement work
Preferred candidates will have strong client and team network, extensive and current SAP sales and delivery experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience and expertise selling S/4HANA
At least 5 years experience of Business Development, Consulting and Delivery of SAP solutions
At least 5 years of experience with business process re-engineering at an Executive level
At least 5 years experience with Business Operations at an Executive level
At least 5 years experience developing Executive level relationships, with prior experience in the identification, development, and closure of SAP Implementation sales efforts
At least 5 years experience guiding and facilitating Executive level business decisions and performing business analysis such as quantitative and qualitative analysis, business case development and operations analysis
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Record of accomplishment achieving individual sales quota of $10M+ annually
At least 8 years experience of Business Development, Consulting, and Delivery of SAP solutions
At least 8 years of experience with business process re-engineering at an Executive level
