We are seeking RPA Developer / Business Analysts to work as part of our growing Cognitive Process Automation Practice. This is a client facing role which offers an excellent opportunity to operate on Automation projects across a number of different industries in a leading technology company.

Within this role responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking automation process assessment, categorisation and prioritisation

  • Use of Blue Prism methodology (PDD and SDD) or alternatives for Solution Design and Build

  • Building and support of robots/automation solutions (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UIPath, etc...)

  • Providing Build oversight and mentoring (Senior Developers)

  • Consulting on automation process assessment, categorisation and prioritisation

  • Modelling existing and future process using a combination of Blue Prism methodology and standard process

  • Maturity / Stability Assessments (e.g PIVAR, Rapid Scan)

  • Providing project oversight & governance

  • Consulting on Target Operating Model for robotics and automation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong software development background (C#, VB, .Net)

  • Experience of RPA Development

  • Proven experience working with RPA Tools such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Workfusion, Openspan etc…

  • ITIL Trained / Certified

  • Microsoft Certified

  • Process Modelling

  • Business Consulting experience in Target Operating Model and Center of Excellence design or other areas within strategy and change consulting

  • Lean / Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement Skills

  • Business Process Automation, Process Design and Re-engineering (Back office processes or industry processes)

  • Knowledge and experience of process capture tools such as Blueworks Live.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Wide range of industry experience

  • RPA Certification
