The IBM Nordic Security Operation Centre is searching for more Security Engineers!
As a Security Engineer you will be part of a fun and exciting down to earth team supporting analysis of massive datasets in the hunt for adversaries in our customers systems. You will be part of both maintaining, implementing and developing tools for the IBM Nordic SOC.
We are looking for you who has experience or a deeper knowledge in maintaining Linux based systems, network infrastructure, log management and web applications. Programming and scripting skills are also seen as a great benefit.
Having an open and curious mind set with an interest in both the defensive and offensive side of IT-security would also benefit you well in the position as a Security Engineer and if you in addition to that have experience dealing with large enterprise environments you could be our perfect fit.
We are working in an international environment so you must not be hindered by the English language.
Due to the level of security requirements we operate under we wish that you have a Swedish or Norwegian citizenship. Different security clearance procedures are mandatory
Our Security Operations Centre is operated around the clock, you may be needed outside of office hours.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong communication skills in English
Experience within one of more areas (Security Monitoring, Digital and Network Forensics, Programming/Scripting, Penetration Testing, Reverse Engineering)
Basic understanding of IT-Operations (experience with large enterprise infrastructure is preferred)
Experience using Linux/Unix OS
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
