Gather project requirements and define scope.
Develop the Statement of Work (SOW) and obtain approvals before starting work.
Build detailed GTS delivery project plan and interlock with all resources. Manage the plan until the solution is successfully implemented.
Follow up on all deliverables, action items, risks, and issues during the course of a project.
Complete Production Readiness Activities and transfer to steady state support
Develop cost sizing and steady state hosting charges. Maintain project financials and track plan vs. actual.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and kept up to date within the tools we use which includes IDT, ADD, IPWC.
Maintain the Project Control Book (in IPWC) as the repository for project documentation.
Produce Project status and Project Financial reports
Facilitate Project Communications including regularly scheduled project team meetings, agendas and meeting minutes
Risks / Issues :
Identify and manage risks, issues and action items to closure. Even though the PM is not executing all of the tasks, the PM is responsible for the delivery of the project.
Project Closure :
Update and close documentation, Gather lessons learned & release resources
