Recruitment plans and activities include creating a sourcing strategy, attracting and prescreening candidates, and managing candidate channels. Examples of candidate channels include job fairs, agencies, the internet, employee referral bonus programs, etc. This role requires an understanding of the customer's business to identify and secure high quality candidates for available opportunities.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
English fluency, ms office and 6 months of talent acquisition experience or 1 year of Human Resources experience
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
