IBM Resilient is the leading provider of incident management software empowering organizations to thrive in the face of cyber-attacks and business crises.

This opening is for an experienced Client Technical Professional for our expanding sales team in Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) . Successful candidates should be able to explain complex technical topics to an audience with varying technical comprehension. Candidates will provide product demonstrations, pre-sales support, and partner with the sales team to successfully close opportunities.

Required qualifications:

• A passion for doing right by the client

• An appetite for being a part of a breakthrough approach to security and privacy

• Experience with security applications and appliances

• Knowledge of various types of cyber-attacks including system intrusions, DDoS attacks, malware outbreaks and phishing attacks

• CISSP Qualified (preferred)

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience with screen-sharing software and providing demonstrations for prospective clients, both remotely and in person

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge of various types of cyber-attacks including system intrusions, DDoS attacks, malware outbreaks and phishing attacks

  • 5 Years Experience with Cyber vendor

  • Strong presentation skills; ability to translate technical features in customer specific business value

  • Commitment to stay current with industry/sector trends

  • An ability to understand business problems, position and articulate a vision with a corresponding solution to improve customer’s business processes and performance

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • 7 Years Experience with Cyber vendor

  • Experience working with channel partners in large complex deals

  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with C level individuals of Fortune 1000 corporations, preferably with CIO and CSO

  • CISSP Qualified
