IBM Digital Change Consultant in United Arab Emirates

IBM is transitioning with a significant focus on Digital solutions. The IBM Talent and Engagement organization is at the leading edge of this transition by building an agile organization which provides best in digital change solutions to our clients in order to to increase their productivity. Digital has become a critical component of this transformation - . You will be responsible for leading of processes connected to change management: Communication, Stakeholder Management, Training Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes and evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change Lead and facilitate project teams involved in the organizational change Build communication and training assets using a wide variety of digital products - starting with Office but also Adobe and other UX tools Identification of potential risks for resistance as well as development of plans to intervene Support and management of the necessary communication activities related to the changes

• Execute and optimize IBM’s HR Digital Change Strategy

• Deliver (with past experience) cross-channel multi-media campaigns to drive employee/consumer awareness, engagement and also user adoption

• Create innovative ways to engage new or existing end users for our cloud and cognitive solutions

• Create simple, innovative, delightful messaging to engage senior business and HR stakeholders

• Develop content via presentations, mobile apps, web-sites (HTML), video, and social community sites to achieve greatest impact.

• Understand and utilize agile methodologies and design thinking in campaign delivery

• Deliver successful campaigns across the world to different regions and cultures

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Degree in business/economics, management or other related fields - Finance, P&L, HCM and or SAP

Practical experience in change management or similar positions is a plus

Knowledge about and at best experience with change and project management

Facilitate and present with impact and deal with difficult stakeholders

Ability to identify problems at an early stage and solve them effectively

Well-developed listening, communication and decision-making skills

Ability to influence people from different levels of the organization

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
