Job Description

Job scope:

  • carrying-out IT hardware maintenance tasks, incl. remotely and on-site

  • fixing faulty IT equipment and testing it

  • logging faults and queries

  • installing new IT hardware

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • analytical skills to find and fix problems, related to IT hardware/software

  • the ability to communicate technical problems in English, oral and written

  • familiarity with IT hardware (PC, Servers, Storage)

  • basic knowledge of networking (Cisco)

  • good communication skills (English and preferable Estonian)

  • time management skills

  • valid driver license

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Preferable degree from university or college, related to electronics, computers, or any other computer subject.
