The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Team Leads in their daily activities and ad-hoc projects, also leading projects and initiatives on a local and global level on their role. The Senior Coordinator will also be an individual contributor and in this capacity they will work with the recruitment team members, third party vendors, and management to ensure that all applicants have been processed accurately, expediently, and treated with the utmost professionalism. The main focus of the position is to maintain or enhance service quality, preserve knowledge and expertise, and to ensure continuous development of their team members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 6 mo. previous experience within the IBM RPO C3 (Candidate Care Center) or experience as a IBM RPO recruiter.
At least 2 years experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and database applications
At least 6 mo. accuracy rating of 97% or above if currently a member of the IBM RPO C3 or At least 6 mo. Accuracy rating of 80% or above if currently in a IBM RPO Recruiter role
High School Diploma / GED
10% Travel Annually
Fluency in English
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
*Proven recruiting experience –1-2 years in a recruitment role
*Client facing experience
*International corporate background
*RPO Background will be a plus
