We are currently recruiting Test Manager for 18 month fixed term contract, based in Sydney.
The ECM team is responsible for development of Enterprise Content Management platform and various applications. As a Test Manager your responsibilities include –
Test planning, management, Tracking / Monitoring and Closure.
Prepare Test Estimation and maintain project Metrics
Plan and execute successful testing
Monitor and ensure proper execution of the test management plans and processes
Assist with developing processes and plans for functional, system, integration, regression, performance/stress, and acceptance testing
Work with requirements manager(s) to ensure product requirements are testable
Work with development manager(s) to ensure that developed components are testable
Assist in the successful transition from acceptance testing to pilot
Build, update, and manage the testing sections of the project schedule
Oversee the incident reporting and correction process
To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –
14 years of IT experience in successfully leading Testing (Manual, Automation) teams and Quality Process Implementation
14 years of experience preparing, documenting, and executing test criteria, test cases, test scripts, and test plans for IT systems projects
7 years of system development or project management experience
6 years of experience managing an IT testing team
2 years of experience with automated test tools, particularly experience with Quality Center/Selenium
Ability to plan, organize, instruct, and review the work of the testing team
Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with technical/non-technical staff, customers/stakeholders, and executives
Prepared Test Plan and Test Strategy documents
Well versed Metrics and Defect Management
Expertise in Test management tools, like - Microsoft Project, HP QC / ALM, JIRA, BAMBOO.
Doman expertise: Mobile Banking / App Testing, Banking Payments / Mortgage, CRM and ECM systems
Expert in SCRUM / Agile, CMMi process and waterfall project management methodologies
Masters Degree in Business Management (MBA) and Computer Science (M.Sc.)
Compensation package from $78 400 (full-time equivalent) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
