We are currently recruiting for Technical Business Analyst Fixed term contract, based in Sydney.

The Application Development team is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of enhancements. As a Senior Tech BA your responsibilities include –

  • Technical Business Analyst experienced in Insurance domain with at least 5 years of insurance domain background.

  • Technical Business Analyst with strong Business and technical knowledge of Orion (Fineos) Claims management product with prior work experience of minimum 3 years in it.

  • Technical Business Analyst who will provide technical support to client and participate in client meetings to communicate status or give demos or design reviews.

  • Technical Business Analyst who possesses niche skill sets in JAVA with experience in translating business requirements Orion (Fineos) application into technical requirements and user stories and in the process, will help de-risk the project outcome in terms of delivery.

  • Work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success

  • Conduct Requirement gathering session to elicit the business needs for the development.

  • Advise the team on business needs and acting as liaison between CLIENT team and IBM team

  • Abide by CLIENT’s standard for design and development of requirements.

  • Work with CLIENT to understand their strategic view and position IBM team in alignment with goals.

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

  • Extensive experience in Business Analsysis.

  • At least 5 years of experience in Insurance domain.

  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in Orion (fineos) claims management product

  • Experience with SQL databases, JAVA

  • Strong written and verbal communications

  • Experience in Agile methodologies, BPM exposure and Selenium-Gherkin automation exposure a nice-to-have

Compensation package from $83,790 (full-time equivalent) and will be determined based on successful candidates relevant skills and experience.
