Our HR Partner team is spread across both Sydney and Melbourne; and work on a breadth of exciting and challenging activities. We are on the hunt to find a Strategic HR Partner to join our Sydney team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract; to assist us on one of our biggest organisational transformations.

What will I be doing?

  • Support senior business leaders with all HR matters

  • Provide strategic overview

  • Contribute to organisational design

  • Engagement and culture creation

  • Work on Change management & Performance management

  • Understand the talent landscape

What skills will I need?

  • Exceptional relationship management

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Self-sufficient

  • Resilient

What experience do I need?

  • 7 + years as a HR Partner/Generalist role

  • Previous experience in a large matrix organisation (advantageous)

  • Strong business acumen

  • Microsoft Office suite
