Our HR Partner team is spread across both Sydney and Melbourne; and work on a breadth of exciting and challenging activities. We are on the hunt to find a Strategic HR Partner to join our Sydney team on a 12-month Fixed Term contract; to assist us on one of our biggest organisational transformations.
What will I be doing?
Support senior business leaders with all HR matters
Provide strategic overview
Contribute to organisational design
Engagement and culture creation
Work on Change management & Performance management
Understand the talent landscape
What skills will I need?
Exceptional relationship management
Strong verbal and written communication
What experience do I need?
7 + years as a HR Partner/Generalist role
Previous experience in a large matrix organisation (advantageous)
Strong business acumen
Microsoft Office suite
