Cyber Systems training and support engineer

In this role, you will lead a small team in developing and delivering product and scenario based training content.

This position requires both functional training experience alongside strong systems engineering acumen.

Provide support to development teams to assist SMEs in product build-out

Work with product SMEs to develop and deliver training to users

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience in

Design/develop and maintain enterprise security architecture frameworks.

​Develop the strategy to deliver enterprise security architecture services and solutions to address current and emerging security and compliance requirements.

  • Lead risk management strategy through analysis & understanding of trends in business, regulatory/legal/industry compliance.

  • Architect and provide security service solutions that will help IBM clients comply with security and compliance control objectives and standards.

  • Lead prioritization of Client solution / technical requirements and champions resolution of solution / product gaps internally.

  • Work with potential Client to analyze IT infrastructure for potential opportunities to demonstrate enterprise solution's unique capabilities

  • Develop individual skill set.

  • Lead industry groups to further the field of end to end cybersecurity threat landscape to include, Blockchain security, IoT security, Artificial Intelligence etc

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

    • Familiar with and working knowledge of 2 or more of the following products: ArcSight, TippingPoint, Sourcefire, Argus, Bro, Fidelis XPS, Niksun FPCAP, Lancope, NetCool, InfoVista, and Riverbed. - Familiar with Network transport and security architectures - Familiar with routing protocols: BGP - Familiar with IDS/IPS signature technologies - Familiar with NetOps monitoring strategies and tools - Proven ability to work closely with product SMEs and developers Active Secret clearance
