Workday Security Consultant

You will provide Tier 2 support to end users via support desk ticketing process/system;
Tackle cases and provide answers/solutions for implemented HR systems and process functions with a main focus on Workday security administration;
Provides mentorship and guidance to end users regarding their requests when needed;
Analyze system functionality with customer and identify gaps to resolve them;
Handles routine SOX audits;
Security assignments to new users, security user changes and user removals;
You will be a member of the Workday@IBM Center of Excellence organization focused on the implementation and support of Workday to our IBM employees and managers.
The Security Consultant works closely with our users and also with our Human Resource teams to understanding the various security requirements and its impacts on multiple fronts and IBM policies.
You should have knowledge of core design principals, common security and reporting patterns, customer facing experience, and a successful track record of delivering.
Design, Develop, and Deploy data conversion, domain security, and reporting solutions for Workday customers
Ability to help clients resolve domain security, data conversion, and reporting issues associated with the Workday application
Significant domain security, data conversion, or reporting experience in Human Resources domain
Ability to contribute to multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Deliver on assigned schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
Contribute to the customers’ experience in a way that results in high customer happiness
Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic environment and effectively collaborate across teams
Phenomenal teammate who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
Capability to mentor and share the best methodologies with less senior team members.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
You will have 2 years experience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) and Security solutions; Workday experience
Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and an ability to quickly learn new areas
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
