We are now looking for Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for growth and innovation. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned business units in support for external hiring requirements, as well as candidate and hiring manager relationships. The ideal candidate must possess a successful background in corporate recruiting, good understanding of local talent market practices, and general knowledge of Bulgarian labor law.

Key roles and responsibilities are:

  • Execute multi-faceted sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse, qualified pool of candidates for the assigned business units

  • Develop collaborative relationships with IBM Hiring Managers, Talent Acquistion team and extended Human Resources team

  • Provide advice and counsel to IBM Hiring Managers on effective selection of candidates

  • Execute the full life-cycle of activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent into IBM, supporting the newcomers’ integration into the organization

  • Review candidate submissions, screen for qualifications and participate in the interviewing process with IBM Hiring team.

  • Manage candidate flow within the online recruitment system

  • Able to quickly assimilate information and build solutions to meet business needs

  • Participate in career events and IBM recruitment marketing initiatives

  • Deliver Recruitment trainings to IBM Management team

  • Deliver New Hire Training to new starters

  • Analyze recruitment related data and provide assessment, forecasts and reports to IBM Hiring Management and Recruitment leader regularly or upon request.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment

  • Previous experience in multinational company

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Fluent Bulgarian, both written and spoken

  • Experience with an online recruitment system

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Experience with IBM Kenexa Talent Acquisition Suite

  • Experience in an IT company

  • University diploma in Human Resources
