IBM Change Management and Clinical Adoption Expert in SINGAPORE, Singapore

Job Description

The Change Management and Clinical Adoption Expert (CE) will provide expert guidance and drive successful implementation of Watson Health Solutions (Solutions) The CE will assess processes and analyze data to develop the insights required to guide clients to successful clinical deployment. This person will engage clinicians and clinical support staff on benefits and functionality of Watson Health Solutions.

The CE responsibilities are:

  • Manage the clinical deployment process and adoption of Solutions

  • Develop and foster relationships with organization’s clinical stakeholders and leadership

  • Educate key clinical stakeholders on the technology, science and clinical utility of the Solutions

  • Provide guidance to client from initiation, discovery, analysis through deployment and monitoring phases of implementation

  • Apply change management skills including assessments and analysis for organizational adoption including strategic assessment, stakeholder analysis, project risk assessment, patient safety, workflow analysis, and communication strategies

  • Assist organization in designing process solutions while providing education of Solutions functionality

  • Effectively communicate and escalate barriers to adoption

  • Analyze and interpret data to drive clinical adoption

  • Work with organization through the process of changing policy and procedures to support clinical adoption

  • Manage long term relationships with customer leaders and clinicians to promote continuous improvement, publications and presentations

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines

  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be willing to travel more than 50% domestically and internationally

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Bachelor degree required with advanced healthcare management or public health degree

  • At least 10 years experience in hospital-based clinical process implementation and improvement

  • At least 5 years experience in business consultative role around use of technology and workflow redesign in a healthcare setting

  • Experience leading and facilitating organizational change

  • Deep understanding of electronic medical/health records and hospital information systems

  • Competent in Microsoft Office

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor degree required with advanced healthcare management or public health degree

  • At least 5 years experience in business consultative role around use of technology and workflow redesign in a healthcare setting

  • Experience leading and facilitating organizational change
