Perform technical assessment for testers.

Perform KCO (Key Control Operation) testing on IBM AM/ITSD/NSD services & its relevant processes, include:

  1. Submit the initial data requests for each assigned scope area(s) or select transaction samples following predetermined sampling criteria;

  2. Execute the test plan and thoroughly/accurately document results within the Artifacts team room;

  3. Follow up and communicate with relevant parties (focal point, lead tester and so on) to get the testing complete on time;

  4. Document defects in a test log, communicate with lead tester for finalization of the defect;

  5. Close out all assigned scope areas in the Artifacts team room when testing is completed; Assist on filing the test result into WWBCIT per request

Assist Lead Testers and Team leader on other related tasks. E.g testing validation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required

Basic knowledge in IT industry

Requirements:

1 to 3 years of IT or information security related experience preferably in business solution design/delivery area or IT related area

Understand and experience in handling System Management Control (SMC) discipline in the areas of Problem, Change, Issue and Risk Management.

Experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel, MSWord and Power Point.

Understanding of the basic security principles and audit control requirement

Understand the IT security governance principle and relevant industry policies
