On behalf of application support team, co-ordinating with server administrators (AIX, Wintel, Websphere, MQ, DB2, SQL server, etc) to work out service deliveries.
Production support of applications i.e. incident handling, service recovery and problem investigations
Application health checking and maintenance regularly on testing and production environments.
System upgrade or re-platform projects
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by team manager
have basic J2EE or .NET knowledge and skills, have experience on AIX/Linux or Windows script programming
English communication is must, Cantonese is preferable
Can Accept shift work
