Candidate will be responsible for working with our utilities customers to provide technical and thought leadership in their customer system transformation, enhancements, upgrades. The candidate will work closely with business and IT to identify the ongoing business needs, perform impact analysis and help with creating project charters, estimation and guiding the technical teams through implementation. The candidate will also drive the test, dev/ops and agile strategy and planning for the customer to help them in their digital transformation journey.

Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) - 7 years (minimum 2 full implementations)
Architectural thinking, architectural frameworks, design patterns, standards, modeling tools - 3 years
Java/COBOL - 8 years
