Position Summary:

Work with the sales force to develop opportunities into new business. Provide clinical and business consulting on Watson Health’s solutions for radiology and enterprise

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales representatives to develop and execute an effective selling strategy for each opportunity.

  • Document customer’s Goals, Objective, Opportunities, Problems, Obstacles and link back to Merge solution Unique Business Values.

  • Provide workflow analysis of current state and how Merge’s radiology and enterprise solutions can improve upon existing state.

  • Analyze the competitive landscape of each deal in order to properly position Watson Health’s UBVs / differentiators.

  • Develop proposed solutions that address prospect-specific clinical, business, and technology issues.

  • Provide ROI analysis of customers proposed solution.

  • Perform tailored onsite product demonstrations and presentations to clinical end users, IT staff, business analysts and executives.

  • Answer technical questions about product applications and new features to prospects and to various groups within new and existing customer accounts.

  • Gather ongoing prospect-customer feedback and related information and give feedback to product management

  • Assist in staging and staffing industry tradeshows.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with Watson Health’s Radiology products including Merge PACS, Merge Unity, iConnect Access or similar technology

  • Experience with radiology PACS, RIS, and other imaging related technologies

  • Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to both high level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals

  • Demonstrated self-confidence and self-reliance in conducting demonstrations, presentations and experience working in healthcare settings

  • Radiology department / practice workflow

  • Healthcare business related education

  • Clinical systems administration and additional sales experience in the healthcare imaging industry

  • Broad background and general knowledge of clinical, technical, administrative, and financial areas of running an effective radiology department or practice.

Education/Certifications:

  • A professional degree in a related field including: Bachelor's degree or Radiology Technology

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Familiarity with Watson Health’s Radiology products including Merge PACS, Merge Unity, iConnect Access or similar technology

  • Experience with radiology PACS, RIS, and other imaging related technologies

  • Strong ability to articulate technology concepts to both high level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals
