As a Sr. Project Manager, Commerce Cloud your responsibilities will include:

  • Work effectively with Bluewolf and customer team members toward customer satisfaction and success

  • Assess client business requirements and coordinate with IT project teams to effectively incorporate needs into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers

  • Manage project kickoff; program planning; resource scheduling/assignments; sets deadlines; monitors scope, status, budget/financials, reporting and communications; and all project activities through successful close out

  • Collaborate with onsite teams and internal delivery leadership to resolve escalations and other project issues

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field

  • At least 3-5 years of technical project management experience, ideally utilizing both waterfall and agile project methodologies in a consulting environment for large global enterprises

  • Experience in commerce and marketing software projects, particularly Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud

  • Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and workshops

  • Experience managing client expectations and having difficult conversations

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
