HR LDP is a program that accelerates the development of high-potential graduates interested in a career in human resources.

As a part of this program, participants go through three rotational assignments designed to accelerate their advancement to human resources leadership positions.

Through this program, participants gain:

  • Broad exposure to potential career paths through targeted learning opportunities.

  • Executive mentorship and shadowing.

  • Annual global learning event held yearly in major or growth market. Event includes executive roundtables, networking activities, and leadership training.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Knowledge in Human Resources

  • Basic Knowledge in Project Management

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Experience in Problem solving

  • Basic knowledge in Analytics and Data Analysis

  • Completed IBM HR internship
