As a Security Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a group of compliance officers

  • Oversight of Authorization & Accreditation efforts, specifically using your knowledge of the Risk Management Framework process

  • Providing and delivering schedules, resource allocation, performance measurements, and overall security compliance

  • Overseeing and providing strategic direction for the compliance officer team

  • Directly collaborating with our clients regarding the security posture of their systems as well as providing recommendations

Relocation to the Rocket Center, West Virginia office (near LaVale, MD/Keyser, WV). United States Citizenship, and an Active Secret Clearance is a requirement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Team Lead / Management – 3-5 Years Experience

  • A&A Lifecycle Management – 3-5 Years Experience

  • Security Governance & Compliance – 3-5 Years Experience

  • Active Secret Clearance

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Program Management – 1 Year Experience

  • Bid & Proposal – 1 Year Experience
