IBM is looking for a candidate who can function as the Real Property Lead/ SME with a vast experience in SAP implementations with Flexible Real Estate expertise. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for the management, design, and delivery of several key deliverables for property implementations and O&M services. The candidate will demonstrate expert functional knowledge of SAP and property business processes in order to effectively design and document the “to be” property solution at a Federal agency and to be able to help maintain this solution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP solutions

  • 8+ years of experience in participating in configuration and functional setup of Flexible Real Estate module

  • 5+ years of experience with designing and deploying custom transactions, tables, processes, etc. in SAP Flexible Real Estate module

  • Must have the ability to develop requirements and specifications for enhancements to interfaces between SAP and MAXIMO

  • Must have demonstrated xxperience providing help desk support to flexible real estate, asset, equipment, plant maintenance, acquisition, accounts payable controlling and general ledger users, including but not limited to, lease contracting officers, real property facility managers, asset managers, accounts payable, general ledger, etc.

  • Must have knowledge of various federal real property reporting requirements for facility management and sustainability.

  • 8+ years of experience with SAP’s Public Sector Management (U.S. Federal Government).

  • Ability to obtain a US Public Trust clearance

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Active Public Trust clearance.
