We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to manage the day to day operations of the US based Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Interview Schedule Coordinators. This team is responsible for a full range of administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Partners including managing the flow within the Applicant Tracking System, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, managing pre-employment checks, and preparing for onboarding.
This position will work closely with the Sr. Manager of US Process & Support Excellence to ensure a quality candidate and manager experience with the hiring process.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Managing a team of 20+ Talent Acquisition and Scheduling Coordinators
Balancing workload and alignment of resources
Resolving operational issues and escalations
Ensuring that cycle times are met and evaluating performance to ensure metrics are achieved
Driving a high level of client satisfaction
Collecting and providing ongoing feedback to team as well as management
Holding regular team meetings as well as 1:1’s with team
Using agile and design thinking methodologies
Developing and facilitating ongoing training for the two functions
Ensuring compliance with process and controls
Identifying and implementing process improvements which transform and simplify the hiring process
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong operational knowledge, attention to detail, client focus, and be a team player. This individual should work well under pressure and be adaptable to change. Excellent communication, strong organizational, time management and follow-up skills are a must. Knowledge of IBM recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes is helpful.
Position will be based at RTP, NC site.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2 years experience resolving customer issues
At least 2 years experience in a large corporate, high volume, fast paced environment
At least 2 years experience in evaluating and optimizing processes
At least 2 years experience in a large corporate enterprise Talent Acquisition organization
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field
At least 2 years experience managing a team
