We are looking to identify a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for US Operations & Support. This role leads a large team that is responsible for the design, documentation, education, and communication of the US recruiting process ensuring that the processes and tools used to execute these processes are audit ready and aligned with Legal, Business Controls, and IBM Corporate Guidelines. The team also ensures these processes align with Global Recruitment and support the policies and programs of the greater HR organization including Selection and Assessment, Mobility, Immigration, Relocation, Diversity, EO, Compensation, Payroll, and others.
The role partners with the Talent Leaders across the organization to provide oversight and understanding of all tools and processes from requisition creation to new hire onboarding. This Leader is accountable for multiple offerings such as Candidate Travel, Training & Enablement, IT support, Background Verifications, Vendor Payments and Outsourcing and Acquisitions. The role also interlocks with key functions in HR such as EO, Mobility, Payroll, Compensation, Immigration, Diversity and Legal.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a problem solver, demonstrate critical thinking, and use analytics and creative talent practices to drive business results. An ability to quickly understand HR tools and systems integrations is also helpful.
This is a high impact role requiring excellent partnering skills with confirmed ability and experience on process simplification and innovation to deliver an iconic experience to our candidates, clients, and HR colleagues.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 3 years experience managing and leading large operations and support teams
At least 3 years experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting
At least 1 year experience demonstrating Agile and Design Thinking principles, tools, and methodologies
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Bachelors degree in Business, HR, or related field
At least 5 years experience managing and leading large operations and support teams
