Keys to Success:
For success in this role it is essential that you can analyze data, work in the grey, think outside the box, work in a team environment, demonstrate passion for your work and the willingness to learn and grow. This position will require continued interaction with PepsiCo Stakeholders, including Sales Finance, Supply Chain Directors and Reverse Logistics personnel to resolve customer account deductions.
Drive strong cash flow by rebilling customers within 5 days of a charge back, obtain additional documentation to dispute or resolve customer discrepancies related to logistics deductions
Ensure exceptional support by actively collaborating with internal business partners and customers
Ensure accuracy of support by understanding specific reasons why the customer is taking the deduction.
Enforce Trade policies and procedures with internal PepsiCo partners
Take ownership to deliver against both personal and team goals
Drive self-improvement and continuous learning through coaching and feedback
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in schedules and priorities tasks, including working on other teammates tasks.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Associates degree or equivalent work experience, preferred 4 year degree or equivalent experience in an accounting/finance related field
Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, prioritize, problem solving, work in the grey and work effectively in a fast paced environment
Able to analyze data and make informed decisions without getting lost in the details
Ability to adapt to frequent changes in priorities and scheduled tasks
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing across multiple levels within an organization and with customers
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with PepsiCo/IBM employees at all levels in the organization
Strong customer service orientation
