This position is part of a targeted rotational program aimed at accelerating the development of IBM Global Technology Services (GTS) Delivery professionals. All rotations will start in one of our Customer Innovation Centers to fully understand the core of our business. This role will move through various parts of our Strategic Outsourcing Delivery organization from the engagement to transition to a steady state which may include:
Working with account and competency teams to ensure customer satisfaction and customer relationship are grown
Leading our delivery to contract performance standards and client measurements
Driving/managing service commitments
Improving quality and consistency of service delivery processes
Understanding customer requirements and business opportunity/requirements identification, guidance, support, and closure
Providing technical support as needed
Project management methodologies to initialize, plan, execute, control, and monitor a project are needed. Emerging technologies and technical solutions pertaining to client needs should be areas of expertise.
This position requires skills which include leadership, innovation, teamwork, high-impact communication, presentation delivery, and self-motivation.
The start date for these openings will be in summer 2018. This unique program is designed to accelerate development via training, mentoring, and 24 months of rotational experience with actual Strategic Outsourcing Clients. The position will require flexibility for frequent travel and/or ability to temporarily relocate based on rotation location.
