Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 3 months of IBM internship experience (or similar internship), with a good understanding of IBM's strategy and CIO organization's goals

  • Minimum of 3 months experience using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies

  • Minimum of 3 months experience working with leaders of design teams

  • Minimum of 3 months experience writing user stories and requirements documents using analytical skills

  • Minimum of 3 months experience with User Experience (UX) design

  • Minimum of 1 year experience using problem solving skills such as: Analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives.

  • Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills

  • Ability to draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties

  • Ability to challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience using Agile and Design Thinking methodologies

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with leaders of design teams
