The Business Program Manager (BPM) is responsible for the preparation and delivery of the business operations within Systems support. They will provide functional program development, planning, guidance and support to ensure that business objectives are met. They will influence and advise management and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions. The BPM will analyze complex or new situations and implement solutions or develop new approaches, procedures or processes. Additionally, they will influence the functional strategy. This position ideally will be located in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
1 year project management of key support transformation initiatives
1 year direct client facing experience
Some business understanding of the worldwide Storage Support business, strategy and transformation priorities
Ability to work, present and interface with executive level management
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
2 years experience and expertise in the Salesforce service cloud solution
