IBM Project Executive in QUITO, Peru

Job Description

Develop relationships with key client stakeholders to become their trusted advisor

• Develop relationships with key decision makers aligned with IBM initiatives and strategy to the client

• Be creative and persistent in building relationships and creating an action plan

• Build trust through meeting and commitments

• Continuously bring provocative, new ideas/Point of Views (POVs) that matter most to the client

• Develop and enhance personal POV on how the client can improve performance overall and through the application of IBM solutions, skills and know how

• Leverage IBM’s story, innovation capabilities to hold higher value conversations

• Actively translate ideas into high-value client opportunities

• Drive business outcomes that make the client and IBM successful

• Measure IBM’s project delivery results and communicate to the client at regular intervals

• Provide insight to manage client opportunities and needs

Accountable for projects: finance results, customer satisfaction and contract growth.

Lead IBM's project team in order to get the contract goals

Required Technical and Professional Expertise


• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 3-5 years experience in IT Complex Program Management and Delivery

• At least 3- 5 years experience in selling or consultative sales

• At least 3-5 years experience in direct client interfacing role with business and financial management

• English: Intermediate

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
