Who you are:
You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment to achieve client expected business results.
You are responsible for implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
What you’ll do:
Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP HR Payroll and/or Benefits module.
Provide consulting expertise across the whole breadth of HCM & Payroll plus the integration points with the other modules of SAP.
Provide guidance on business processes based upon sound understanding of key functions within HCM & Payroll.
Provide business application support to existing live customers in line with agreed service levels.
Troubleshoot and resolve HCM & Payroll problems/failures for both external and internal customers and updating ticket logging systems in a timely and accurate manner.
Design, develop and lead workshops across the lifecycle from requirement gathering through to confirmation of final solutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Should have experience in OM (Organizational Management), PA (Personnel Administration), PY/TM (Payroll and Time Management) modules.
Proven working knowledge in SAP HR Configuration, HR Process knowledge, Integration knowledge with Payroll, Time and benefits
Should understand Business Process - Recruitment, Hiring, Leave of absence, Termination, Retirement etc. Payroll Processing, Benefits Processing.
Must have Solution building experience and have a good grip of an end to end functionality of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) system
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Proven work experience with business and process modeling methodologies and tools.
Working in HR Business Process Harmonization is an added point
