The IBM Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization spans several functional areas such as procurement, manufacturing, demand-supply planning, manufacturing engineering, logistics, customer fulfillment, accounts receivable collection and sales transaction support.
Who you are
As a First Line Leader you will support the enterprise asset management organization. You will be responsible for talent and skills management of the team, performance management, application of the HR practices and policies, the execution of his area operation, accuracy of the deliverables, compliance and timely turnaround of our internal and external client’s requests.
You need to build relationships with peer leaders as well as with clients, you also need to be able to drive continuous improvement in asset management support to the business, promote and drive co-location. Coach and enable employees to help cultivate alignment with the Agile new ways of work and EAM strategy.
What you’ll do
This role will work as a servant leadership which is key to remove barriers and enable work.
Manage demand from a single prioritized funnel ensuring optimal workload and balance.
Ensure that the teams have the necessary tools to be successful.
The First Line Leader role (FLL) will have people management responsibility across locations supporting the account(s).
Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative support solutions for all clients and provide leadership to your team members through feedback, skill development, and engagement.
Manage day to day operations, interfacing with peers, clients and upper line management
Ensure Business Controls and HR policies are informed and followed by the team
Accountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams.
