Job Description

Employee hired for pre-professional assignment. Perform basic to complex tasks or processes following established processes or procedures within a department or function assigned.

Focuses on individual/team/department/operational objectives.

Awareness of business activities.

Responsibilities of the support administrator:

  • learn to follow given procedures and processes to identify job/related problems, analyze causes using existing techniques or tools

  • understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence

  • administrative support of the team/business unit, coordination and administration of the processes and the communication with the internal/external clients

  • all related tasks required by the hiring manager/team/department/ to ensure the IBM business continuity and to be in line with IBM strategy.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Fluent knowledge of English

  • User computer skills – MS Office, OS Windows (advantage: SAP, Lotus Notes)

  • Communication and organizational skills

  • Time flexibility

  • Team player
