IBM LinuxONE Offering Management team: Offering Management leadership position responsible for working across disciplines and business units within IBM as well as directly with our customers to design and deliver compelling experiences. Business acumen is a requirement to ensure the offerings are delivering on committed objectives around revenue and acquisition of new clients.
IBM Z as a Service Offering Management team: Go To Market Offering Manager specialists. In this role you will be the expert in buyer personas - how they buy and their buying criteria - and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channels. As a champion in the market and to our sales force, you will help drive our IBM ZaaS offerings value proposition and gain insights that enable you to own the overall go-to-market strategy, including enablement collateral creation, sales training specific to each channel (F2F, Digital and BP), and overseeing the execution of sales plans to drive to target revenue goals for our offerings.
IBM Z as a Service Offering Management team: Offering Managers with a specific focus in Security, Containers, and IaaS who will contribute to the build out of as a Service offerings on Z in the IBM Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for owning one or more key initiatives, taking them from concept to production and working through the offering management process along the way. The candidate will collaborate with design, development, operations staff and fellow OM’s to bring these initiatives to market. The Offering Manager is responsible for owning all business aspects of these initiatives as well as insuring that all technical requirements have been met by the appropriate teams prior to product launch.
IBM Z Growth Initiatives Offering Management team: Offering Managers and business leaders with skills in market analysis, and go-to-market and with business and/or technical subject expertise in Analytics, AI, Cognitive, Security, and/or Cloud. This role involves defining, developing and delivering differentiated offerings that focus on winning in markets and delivering iconic user experiences, working across IBM and collaborate with cross-discipline teams on development, design, marketing, communications and sales.
IBM Z Software Offering Management Team: Offering Management generalists to serve as business leaders across Z software portfolio, including key runtime environments, development tools, compilers, and management software. Role includes defining markets, creating compelling playbacks that capture customer needs, building business cases, driving successful go to market, and ensuring overall offering success.
Z Operating System Development team: Solution Owner and/or Delivery Specialist Offering Management specialties. Role includes taking high-level solution ideas and maps them into competitive products with compelling user experiences. Solution owners lead Agile teams of designers and engineers in the definition, development and deliver of a solutions components.
IBM Z Hardware Platform Offering Management team: Role includes supporting the Platform Offering Manager as part of Offering Management team, managing to the Offering Management process disciplines, market and data analysis, prioritizing individual hardware requirements and requests, creating artifacts and supporting the Offering Manager in preparing for Playbacks.
IBM Z Industry Offering Management team: Market Analyst and/or Go-to-Market Offering Manager specialties. Role includes working Z Industry Offering Managers in the Banking and Financial Markets, Insurance, Government, Healthcare and Retail industry solutions - identifying customer challenges, conducting primary research on markets and collaborating with sales and marketing to define effective routes to market.

One or more: IBM Z Platform expertise, Industry vertical skills, Subject expertise in Analytics, AI, Cognitive, Security, and/or Cloud, Business case development, Sales and/or marketing experience, Experience with digital and business partner routes to market, MBA or Equivalent experience, Business or Technical Bachelors degree.
