IBM is currently seeking Workday Certified Functional Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultants with Global Workday experience to implement and integrate Workday HCM solutions for clients in a consulting environment.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze their business requirements with regards to reporting and security
Implement security requirements and create new reports in support of client requirements
Design and implement requirements in the Workday HCM solution
Working outside of Workday in Workday Studio, develop a template based on the design session
Use Workday to build reports such as custom invoices, payslips, bank checks, merit statements, etc. In Workday Studio
Preferred candidates will have current certifications in Workday HCM and/or FIN and experience with BIRT reports in Workday but will also consider candidates that have this experience but with no certification.
Candidates with deep experience in Workday Compensation and willing to learn BIRT will also be considered.
Provide subject matter expertise regarding reporting solutions and meeting complex security requirements

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to interact directly with clients. Travel to client sites is limited in this role but may be required in some cases and could be up to 4 days a week. Preferred candidates will live within a 50 mile radius of a major airport.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2 years experience with Global Workday HCM implementations with experience in Reporting
Advanced Workday Compensation experience is a plus
Reporting certification or equivalent experience developing reports and dashboards
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 5 years experience in IT / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
At least 5 years experience in business processes including analysis and requirements gathering
