We are looking for Senior HR Business Leaders to provide proactive, strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of people and culture with a strong focus on Talent Management along with (compensation, succession planning, performance management, workforce optimization, and diversity) in line with IBM's people strategy and priorities.
As the HR Business Leader, you will seamlessly apply capabilities across your sector or growth platform to ensure deployment and implementation of the relevant People Strategy, with a specific focus on Talent Management, Succession & Development, Platform Skills and Reskilling Strategy, Employee Engagement, all working in partnership with the GBS Geo HR leaders and line executives
KEY FOCUS AREAS INCLUDE:
Global Talent Strategy:
Define strategies and action plans to achieve optimal economic workforce models to to include recruitment profiles, upskilling/reskilling models, compensation structure
Working with Geo (Sector/Market) and/or CIC HR Leaders to drive key HR / Talent initiatives including diversity, engagement, and practice community building.
Identify best practices in Talent through collaboration across all HR functions to align to strategic objectives.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATOR:
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT :
Act as the trusted advisor and coach to the Leadership within your Business including anticipating HR issues, seeing opportunities and offering professional expertise and running the resolution of HR issues and timely execution of transactions.
Use cognitive analytics and problem-solving techniques to resolve complex situations and implement appropriate solutions that achieves business outcomes
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 8 years work experience in a HR professional role.
Ability to “story tell” and communicate confidently and influences people at all levels.
Experience providing HR advice and counsel to Senior Executives in large complex environments
Technical and intellectual curiosity a great benefit in role.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Experience in Professional Services preferred.
An advanced degree in HR or business preferred.
