IBM Digital Content Creator/Video Specialist in NEW YORK, New York

The IBM Story Hub is a new content and creative studio for the IBM communications function. We are seeking a digital content producer and video specialist to help create innovative and compelling story packages that showcase the business and societal transformations that IBM is leading with our clients and partners. This is a hands-on role for content creators who have up-to-date experience in taking a project from concept to filming to editing to finished project on their own.

Our ideal team members will be an active part of our brainstorming sessions as we originate and develop ideas for how best to present IBM’s narrative

and be able to bring those ideas to life by creating videos, animations, photographs and more. They will have a keen interest in video trends, cutting-edge ways of working and social distribution plus expertise in using analytics to deliver effective and valuable content.

Candidates should excel at:

· Working both independently and as part of a high performing, very collaborative team

· Generating relevant, timely stories

· Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines

· Collaborating with internal and external experts

· Using collaboration tools to work effectively with global and distributed teams

The ideal candidate will be a Content Creator with experience as a videographer, video editor, photographer and animator. Please include a link to your work samples.

This role is located in IBM offices in either New York City or Armonk, New York.

Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years of proven video production experience

  • Advanced knowledge of analytics, trends and how they affect creative opportunities

  • Ability to concept, research, write to bring ideas to reality

  • Fluency in digital video branded content trends, digital and social eco-systems

  • Ability to execute video creative in the field and in the studio
