Who you are:
As a Technical Accelerated Value Leader (AVL) you will apply your technical knowledge to support IIB/MQ/ WAS/Middleware/Cross Business Unit IBM products within the infrastructure of customer.
You will also apply Project Management skills to deliver the outcome as requested by the Business.
What you’ll do:
The Accelerated Value Leader takes the ownership of delivery to customer, act as SPOC, does escalation Management, problem management, reporting, and communication and has direct interaction with subset of Named Callers, as designated by client.
Provide direct support or assistance with technical queries from clients and field personnel.
