Business Unit Introduction:

Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance and Administration) we excel in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C) along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients.

Who you are:

Translate Trade finance documents from French to English and vice versa and process transactions, Provide translation to non french resources, process different products in trade operations

What you’ll do:

  • You will be involved in Processing of Import/Export/Document checking trade finance transactions following the process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Initial scrutiny/verification of documents.

  • Retrieval of transactions from Filenet, Input/ updating of data into iVision.

  • Input data in filenet and forward for validation.

  • Creation of SWIFT messages.

  • Creation of discrepancy notes

  • You need to do Retrieval of transactions from Filenet and Validation of transaction.

  • Scrutiny / verification of documents. Authorize transactions (Validation of data in iVision).

  • Ensure prompt error free/accurate transaction processing while meeting the prescribed turnaround times and service delivery standards.

  • Identify transactions as “complex” wherever applicable.

  • Create and send throwbacks Sending transactions back to the in putter for review wherever necessary.

  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and ICC guidelines.

  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Highlight to DHS (Deputy Head of Section) any procedural modifications that may be required from time to time.

  • Participate and contribute in Continuous Improvement initiatives driven by Territory Manager

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Ability to communicate in French Language,

  • Should be certified A2/B1 in French Language

  • Open to work in shifts

  • Must have ability to work with team
