Who you are:

We are looking for IBM Collaboration Sales Leader for South ISA including Srilanka which is a client facing role. IBM Collaboration Sales is a Sales / Business Development role, This includes building Partner Eco system and closely work with extended IBM team and achieve Sales Target. Over an above this job roles also demands extensive planning and building GTM for the Collaborative set of products and assist /help the partners. This Roles also demand deep understanding of competition and should be able to address and pursue customer challenges. Collaborative sales leader should have good presentation skills.

What you will do:

Lead Sales role for IBM Collaboration Solutions Products for South India and Srlanka and Achieve Targets.

  • Consult with customers on IBM Collaborative Suite of Products (IBM Verse/ Connections Cloud/ BOX Relay / IBM Connections Engagement Center / Watson Workplace/ Connections Chat)

  • Competition Know-How

  • Building GTM and Play for the ISA Market

  • Develop deep relationships with Business Partners & the Eco-System.

  • Building / Assisting partner eco system along with the channel eco system

  • Customer presentations and Content building

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 7-10 years of successful sales management experience in enterprise software sales ideally in SaaS Selling.

Willing to travel internationally up-to 50% time annually

The Environment: Professional knowledge related to your position, team, and department requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.

Communication/Negotiation: Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.

Problem Solving: Recognize job-related problems. Analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • A thorough understanding of the collaborative solution products.

  • Experience in doing business in a cross cultural environment.
