Job Description

We are looking for the person who will join to us as Talent Acquisition Partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment process to achieve hiring targets;

  • Work together with hiring managers and other HR functions in recruitment projects and activities;

  • Managing selection process;

  • Building a partnership relationships with BUs managers;

  • Be responsible for hiring to Internship and Graduate Programs;

  • Communication with internal clients on recruitment issues’

  • Be responsible for defining and executing recruitment strategy, based on latest trends in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • University degree;

  • 3+ of experience in IT recruitment;

  • strong sourcing skills;

  • result-oriented;

  • strong communication skills;

  • ability to take ownership;

  • ability to work in multitasking environment;

  • English level: intermediate Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Languages skills:

Russian - native speaker;

English - intermediate + level

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Languages skills:

Russian - native speaker;

English - fluent
