Job Description :
Client Relationship Representative, Public Sector (Financial) – highly professional Specialist is responsible for selling whole IBM portfolio that address client's business needs and deliver client value while supporting brand specific business strategies.
Manage business development activities with existing customers in public sector (financial), dedicated to 2-3 large enterprise accounts;
responsible for sales of full scope of IBM product and services portfolio (with main focus on complex solutions, smart services, services sales, etc);
Responsible to develop and leverage strong client relationship on CxO level;
Establish and implement overall account strategy;
Take full sales responsibility for opportunity identification, pipeline generation, forecast, account planning;
Responsible to beat the revenue and profit business growth objectives;
Proactively work with client to understand their objectives, priorities, business needs and convert into new IBM services and solutions ;
Involve all IBM brands and resources, coordinate multi-brand and multi -countries virtual teams.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
at least 5 years experience in corporate sales (complex solutions, ERP, Consulting Services, etc)
recent 2 years of experience should be associated with selling for public sector (Moscow, Financial sector);
experience in IT integrators/consulting/vendor is the must.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems.
Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business
Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches
Proactive and self-driven - ability to Identify and drive opportunities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
English intermediate and Russian fluent is the must.
