IBM Senior Attorney in MEXICO CITY, Mexico

Job Description

The person in this role is required to have a solid knowledge of civil and commercial law, services and commercial contracts and general corporate law.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • JD Degree, licensed to practice in Mexico.

  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills from 7 to 10 years of legal experience in a law firm or an in-house counsel position.
