IBM Mexico is seeking highly talented candidates to fill a consultative, client-focused, relationship role, as a Client Representative. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the total client relationship with one or more important IBM clients of the distribution and CPG sectors, including traditional large accounts, OEMs, alliance partners, business partners, distributors and end-users of IBM technology.
The Client Relationship Sales professional is responsible for the following:
Understanding the clients industry, competitive position in the industry, pain points, threats, & opportunities.
Understanding clients strategy, goals and objectives both long term and current fiscal year
Nurture and develop strong client relationships. Transcend the relationship from supplier to partner and trusted advisor.
Develop IBM strategies that address client needs while ensuring IBM's revenue and profit objectives are met
Identify and validate (IBM) opportunities (HW, SW, Services, Solutions) that solve client problems, deliver differentiated value, and position IBM as the supplier of choice.
Integrate IBM in front of the client. Provide leadership to the extended team (IBM and partners) to call the play and execute the strategy as defined. Communicate effectively and clearly to the extended team.
Ownership and accountability for the opportunity from identification through delivery and implementation.
Ownership for overall client satisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least, 5 years of experience as a Client / Brand Sales Representative.
Must have relevant industry knowledge and experience in Distribution & CPG sectors.
Ability to create and nurture a strategic relationship.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex clients/relationships.
Strong consultative selling skills.
