IBM Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist in MEXICO CITY, Mexico

Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Senior Specialist is the employee who has an E2E Collections process knowledge but also that has the capability to have an extended view and experience moving accross the IBM organization and the Q2C team.


Perform collections for Strategic accounts that represent an important portion of the Country AR. Execute escalations within IBM and Customer to improve the Customer Satisfaction. Provide Overdue and Current Collection forecast. Manage the Current Collection roadmap for the team, provide a Country forecast to input Finance and participate in the DSO calls with verticals. Support Management with different leadership activities as well as tracking Team accounts. Implement innovative solutions that can help the Team to improve efficiency. Participate in Executives Cadences.Visit Customers. Identify Disputes opportunately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Demonstrated experience in leading complex situations and teams. Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.Comfortable working and interacting with all levels of the business (CLevel).Understands Agile practices, and integrates these practices into their engagements.Comfortable working in an environment of rapidly changing priorities and deadlines. Employee should be confortable working under presure. Negotiation skills are required.

Education Required: Bachelor Degree or a related experience. 1-3 years of Collections and Customer relationship.Languages: Spanish and English

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

Excel managing.

IBM Agile and Advocacy practitioner badge

Domestic travel to IBM or client site
