You will be responsible for cooperation with Russian business partners and performing the following duties:

  • Price file management activities

  • Manual creation of invoices and credit notes for financial transactions

  • Receivables Management and Collections

  • Manual Remittance matching of uploaded bank receipts

  • Resolution of Unapplied receipts

  • Month end close activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Russian fluent

  • English advanced

  • minimum 3 years of experience on a similar role

  • good team player, proactive, open for challenges

  • good communication skills

  • good skills using MS Office applications (Excel)

  • well organized

  • quick learning ability

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • English advanced

  • Customer service experience

  • Accounting or SAP knowledge beneficial
