You will specialize exclusively on HR, time management, compensation management, absence, benefits or talent.
You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client's business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
What you’ll do:
Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Time Management and Absence module.
You will resolve configuration and functional business issues across the various HR modules.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with HR Software Implementation
Should have Workday Certification in Core HR and Absence and Time Tracking
Atleast 1 end to end Workday implementation as a Time Tracking consultant
Ability to run workshops on absence and time tracking and convey solutions to complex business requirements to HR SME's(Human Resources in Small and Medium Enterprises)
Experience on absence and time tracking reporting catalogue and ability to create custom reports
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Working knowledge of Compensation and Core HR as they integrate with Compensation
Certified in Workday Time Tracking / Absence and Leave Management would be an added advantage
